Suzanne F. McNeely is founder and president of Senior Planning
Services, a Santa Barbara agency that specializes in providing
geriatric care management and home care services. She has more
than 25 years of experience working as a medical social worker and
administrator in home and hospital settings. McNeely is an industry
leader in care management and is an active member and past vicepresident
of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care
Managers. She is also involved with the California Central Coast
Alzheimer's Association, the National Guardianship Association, the
Fiduciary Association of California and many other organizations.

Nancy Mills is a writer and a workshop leader. Known as the creator
of the Spirited Woman Approach to Life, she teaches the Spirited
Woman Workshop in Santa Barbara as well as cities across the
country. In addition to teaching the workshops, Nancy writes, edits
and e-publishes the free monthly Spirited Woman e-newsletter.
She has been interviewed by such publications as USA Today, is a
frequent radio guest, and has appeared on The Today Show.

Lisa Braithwaite provides public speaking and presentation skills
coaching to individuals, and educational seminars to groups of all
